LONDON, 15th July. Mr. W. T., Cosgrave, President of the Dail Eireann," speaking at Galway, said that tho Free State Government .will shortly appeal to the Irish nation to wipe out its debt of fifty millions caused- by the destruction by the Republicans during the last eighteen months. All part-' ies must recognise the Courts of Justice; adequate punishment would be meted out to all offenders, and hunger-strikers would continue their resistance at their peril. The • Civic Guards were acting with the greatest efficiency in all parts of the country. . : • :
Mr. P.. Hogan, Minister of Agriculture, stated that the Land Bill would be law in a month, when the landlord system .would be completely, abolished.
