THE CABINET RECONSTRUCTED.
Reconstruction of 'Ministerial portfolios was considered by Cabinet this morning, hut details of the allocation are not yet available. 'Che Prime Minister (the Right Hon. >W F. Massey) informed a, "Post" reporter that everything was ready, but he was not able to make any announcement regarding redistribution until the approval of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral had been obtained. Probably nothing would be made public before Tuesday. '
