AUCKLAND, 20th June.
The fire and accident business in the Dominion of the Eagle. Star, and British Dominions Insurance Company has been taken over by the New Zealand Insurance Company, The operations will be conducted as formerly in the name of the Eajjle, Star, and British Dominions Insurance Company. Ltd., with branches and agencies throughout the Dominion under the control of Mr. H. H. M'Cullongh, its late manager for New Zealand.
