A tribute from Marlliorougli to Wellington W.7G paid at yesterday's meeting of thu Wellington Education Hoard. Mr. E. K. Penny, a reresentntive of the Marlliprough ward, said: "We are beginning to realise over there that we are practically a part of Wellington." ■ Mr. T. Forsyth: "Wellington is the hub. . Mr. Penny: 'T want to acknowledge lliat Wellington has lately touched a chord of tiie heart of Mar'lborough that will vibrate for some time to come. The exx-ellent, ready, and unasked aid given by Wellington in connection with His late flood disaster lias touched the heart of Marlborough."
