Daljety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their Loiidou. liouse uuder date o£ the ISth instant:—"Liverpool B.A.W.R.A. wool sales, 41,000 bales of wool offered and practically all sold, including 25,000 bales of meriuo. Good demand. Coutiuental buyers were the principal operators, Home trade quiet. As compared with last sales' closing rates in London, merino v.ools greasy, 5 per cent, to 7J per cent, lower,. meriuO' scoured par to 5 per cent, lower, Comeback and line crossbred 5 per cent, to 7£ per cent. lower, crossbred, medium,, and coarse, 5 per cent, to 10 per cent, lower, except good bright -Ifi's, for which any change in price is in. favour of buyers. Strong demand for broken fleece unvl pieces.'
