PIANOFORTE RECITAL.
The pianoforte recital to be given in the Concert Chamber next Wednesday evening by Miss Gladys Watkins is being awaited with much interest by her many friends, and by the music-loving public generally. Miss Watkins will, on this occasion, make^her first appearance here as a solo pianist, and for her programme has chosen the works of such 'well-known composers as Grieg, Schumann-, and Brahms, and examples from the pens of the modern Finnish", French, Russian, and English schools. This should give her an opoprtunity of displaying both her versatility, and . the wide range of her studies. The box plan is now open at The Bristol, where seats may be reserved.
