BLENHEIM, This Day. _ Last night, Mr. W. J. Poison, Dominion president- of the Farmers' Union, addressed country settlers of Marlborough upon his agricultural banking proposals. The movement was explained in full detail, and a motion unanimously carried: "That this meeting of farmers agrees with the explanation regarding agricultural banking given by Mr. Polson, and believes it to be on right lines and in the direction offering facilities for the producers for increased production."
