MELBOURNE, This Day.
The Premier (Mr. S. M. Bruce) has communicated with the Returned Soldiers Association, intimating that all negotiations with the Government will be broken off until the motion that the ministry is not sincere in its soldiers' policy is rescinded. The soldiers' president replied: '^The motion will not be rescinded till concrete proof ia farthoomimj that the Government is sincere."
