PARIS, 24th May. A message from Dortmund says the Association of German Miners, the Union of Christian Workers, and the Association of Polish Workers have appealed to the Ruhr miners, denouncing the work of disorganisation as that of Russian emissaries, tending to destroy the miners' unity and annihilate the freedom of the workers.
