Betty Blythe, in "How Women Love," is the main attraction at Ouv Theatre to-night. It is a picture replete with mystery, hate, and love, played amid the lavish settings and gowns of society. Charles Chaplin in "The Idle Class,*" together with Topical Budget and Pictorial, compete an excellent programme.
