TRADE WITH BLENHEIM RESUMED
Messrs. Levin and Co., Ltd., received advice to-day that the Wairau River is again navigable for the usual vessels entering the port. This will be a welcome relief to residents of Blenheim on account of their urgently needing supplies owing to the railway line being blocked between that town and Picton. The steamer Wairau left Wellington this morning early for Blenheim; the Echo leaves to-night, and the Opawa to-mor-row;.
