ANOTHER KIDNAPPING
AMERICAN HAULED FROM TRAIN.
(Received 10th May, 9 a.m.) | TIENTSIN, 9th May, A further kidnapping outrage occurred on the Tsinpu railway on Monday, when a Canadian merchant named Lowe was pulled from the train, beaten, bound, and carried off by Chinese civilians. It is now believed that more foreigners were taken from the Pekin express train than was nt first reported, several .people, including four American missionaries, having boarded the train at inj termediate'stations.
