NEW YORK, Bth May. A Chicago message states that Lord Curzon, on behalf of his three daughters by hig first wife, has joined Lady Hyde, of Suffolk and' Berkshire, in s. suit alleging mismanagement by Joseph Leiter and_ Mrs. Colin Campbell, of the, late Levi Leiter's estate. Levi Leiter,' the Chicago millionaire, left his wealth to" the first Lady Ourzon, ■ Lady Hyde, Mrs. Campbell, and Joseph Leiter, and ■ his four children, naming Mrs. Campbell and Leiter as co-trustees. Disputes between the heirs have existed for years, finally resulting in lawsuits asking for the removal of the co-trustees.
