The adjourned civil case in which- A. G. Wallace and Co., auctioneers and general merchants, proceeded against Walter Edlin, a, fruiterer, of Petone, for the recovery .of 17s, alleged to be due fon a. quantity of lemons bought by the defendant's wife and delivered by the plaintiff.
