A seriflus blow has been delivered to the British, export coal trade by a Government decree prohibiting the supply of foreign coal from depots to bunkering sliipß. and also prohibitms transport trade. I}he Government hpa deoided to develop the Heraclea and Zougpuldak coal naaiofc, &nd to organist a combine of Turkish coal producers.
