GRINDKOD.—On 'the sth May, 1923, at his late residence, Otaki Railway (suddenly), Samuel Grindrod; aged 81 years. At rest. STOTT.—On the Bth May, 1923, at the Wellington Hospital, Jane Elizabeth, widow of • the late Abraham Stott, lato of 65, Rugby street; aged 67 years.
