PALMERSTON N., This Day. ■ The Supreme Court sessions opened this morning:, before Sir John Salmond. In his charge to the Grand Jury, his Honour said that all the criminal charges related to dishonest practices. The jury would be pleased to know that the district remained free from sexual crimes and crimes of violence.
True Bills were returned in the following cases:—John Percival Morcom, alleged false pretences (twelve charges]; John Francis O'Keefe. alleged theft; HugTi* Cameron Murdock, alleged theft.
Eliza Kathleen Elizabeth Dalby, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to a charge of bigamy, was released on her own recognisance of £50, to come up for sentence when called upoji.
