SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"Making a Man," which features Jack Holt,, is to be screened at Shortt's Theatre to-day. The picture blends tragedy and humour most delightfully. The story, written by Peter B. Kyne, tells of a man who is a snob, disliked by everyone. Through the influence of his fiancee, played by Eva Novak, he ultimately becomes a likeable personality. There arei stirring chapters of intrigue and adventure in "Missing Millions," the supporting film. Alice Brady is the star. The remaining pictures on the programme are of great variety.
