The Taupiri Coal Mines, Ltd., proposes to pay a dividend of Is 6d per share, absorbing £0075; to plage to accident reserve, £1000 ; and carry forward £2098. The profit tor 1 the year, including £1173 7s 7d brought forward Irotn last year, amounts to £13,773 10s 7d, from which preference dividends amounting to £1600, have been paid.
