Belgian reply to Germany has been delayed for twenty-seven hours... The newspapers, however, state that the text will not be modified.
LONDON, sth May. The Belgian Cabinet adopted wholly the text of the Frenoh reply to the German Note. The text of identically worded replies to M sent separately by France and Belgium wa* remitted to : day to the Allied 'and American Embassies in Paris! '■•','.■■■ /
