FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION'S REGRET.

The Football Association has issued a statement regretting the incidents and inconveniences caused to the public at the Cup Final last Saturday, and offering to return money to the holders of seat ■ tickets' who -Were unable to take their seats. The Empire Exhibition authorities announce that 90,520 persons paid 2s admittance, and that 35,527 out of 55,000 ticket-holders were admitted, a total of 126,047, apart from those who rushed the barriers without paying. i
