DEMPSEY-GIBBONS MATCH.

NEW YORK, Sth May.
Following upon a conference at Chicago, between Dempsey's and Gibson's managers, it is announced that details have been settled for a fifteen-round contost at Shelby, Montana, on 4th July. Dempsey is to receive 300,000 dollars in three instalments —the first, of 100,000 dollars, to-day; the second on 15th June; and the third on 2nd July. Gibbons will not receive a. penny unti} the first 300,000 dollars is in the pay office. After that he will get 50. per oent. of all money until the 600,000 dollar mark is reached, over which Gjbbons will get 25 per cent. Dempsey is to be allowed 10,000 dollars for training expenses, and Gibbons will get 25,000 dollars. Dempsey must post a bond for 100,000 dollars, guaranteeing his appearance, oil 4tji July^ .
