The Minister of Education, the Hon. C. J. Parr, visited the Redcliffs community school hall yesterday, the erection of which was the outcome of a suggestion made by him (states tho .Christchurch "Sun"). After inspecting the hall and school buildings, the Minister said it was the first hall of its kind erected in the. Dominion, and ho was delighted with*' the result. _ He would have no hesitation in advising other districts to follow the example of Redcliffs. Addressing the children, he. told them that the school hall they were assembled in, one of .the finest ha had seen during 'his term as Minister, was made possible by the public spirit of their parents,, acting in. cooueration- :- with the Government. ......
