OAMARU BY-ELECTION
PRIME MINISTER SPEAKING TO-NIGHT.
(Bt TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHEISTCHURCH, 16th April. "I do not intend to go further south than the Oa'maru electorate to-day," the Prime Minister stated this morning when asked if he proposed to go to Dun^ adin to-night. Mr. Massey confirmed ■-ac announcement that he would speak in South to-morrow night. "Yon will bs opening the campaign on Mr. Lees behalf?" he was asked. ' That is the case," replied Mr. Massey. ■The Prime Minister did not state how long he would remain in the Oamaru electorate. He said that he would be in Christchurch on Anzac Day.
