SYDNEY,'This Day. , The State Executive has accepted sev. eral recommendations of the Federal Labour Executive with a view of bridging the gulf in the movement. It has agreed to replace Mr. M'Girr with Mr. Dunn, and restore the pre-dispute status of the disqualified leagues and unions, provided the latter rescind their resolutions attacking the executive.

It, has also agreed that Mr. Dooley shall have the right to. refer his ease to the conference in June, the conference decision to be final. The State and Federal Executives will further confer today on the outstanding issues.
