LONDON, 15fch April. The past week's incidents in the House of Commons, coupled with Mr. Bonar Law's health, are inspiring widespread predictions of the imminence of Mr. Bonar Law's retirement. Downing Street, however, officially states that Mr. Bonar Law has jio intention whatever of resigning.
