The High Commissioner, cabling London Hth April, advises that the "Manila market i.j quiet, and prices have declined further. . J grade, B ebruary-April shipments, sold at til. •O' grade April-June shipments now quoted at £35 153. \T' grade, £3S 5s value. New Zealand market continues dull. Bids of *31 made for blghpoints, April-May shipments, but no transactions reported."
