The "Daily Express" understands that Mr. Lloyd George will undertake a lecture tour of the-Unite-d 1-States and' Canada, commencing in September, under the agency and controlled by Mr. W. E. Hearst, whose newspapers are publishing Mr. Lloyd George's articles.
