RETIREMENT.

LONDON, 15th April. "Despite official denial," states the "Daily Telegraph's" lobbyist, "unfortunately there are solid grounds for the reports that Mr. Bonar Law is seriously considering retirement when the favourable moment arrives. The sole reason is that he fears his health will not stand the strain much longer."
