FRANCE AND TURKEY
DISPUTE OVER CONCESSIONS.
(Received 14th April, 2 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 13th April. It is reported that the Government considers that the French protest against the concessions in the Chester agreement is unjustified.
