CASE OF ART O'BRIEN
HABEAS CORPUS APPEAL.

LONDON, 13th April. In the Court of Appeal, Mr. Patrick Hastings, K.C., appealed against the refusal: of a writ of habeas corpus in the case of Art O'Brien. After hearing the argument of Mr. Hastings, Mr. Justice Banks granted a decree nisi in order to hear the Crown's arguments.
