A tourist, passing through a country village, found that his watch had stopped. Seeing a. little' boy standing outside tho village shop, he approaohed him and "Can you tell me the time, sonny?" "Just twelve o'clock," was the reply. "Only twelve?" said the tourist, "I thought it was more than that." "It 6 never any more in these parts, air," answered the boy. "It goes up to twelve o'olook, ■ and then begins again at onej' " '.
