NAVAL SQUADRON REVOLTS
APPARENTLY TO JOIN SUN VAT ' . . SEN. (UNHID PRIES ASSOCIATION.—COMRIOBT.) (AUSTRALIAN NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) PEKIN, Jljih April, A Shanghai telegram says that the first squadron of the Chinese Navy, consisting of one cruiser and four jfunboats, issued a manifesto declaring its indepen-: dence of the Pekin Government, and calling, on, the entire navy to join the revolt. The first squadron has apparently aligned itself with Dr. Sun Vat Sen's forces.
