DOOLEY v. M'GIRR
FEDERAL EXECUTIVE STEPS IN. (UNITED PRESB ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIOIT.) (Received 13th April, noon.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Federal Labour Executive decided that, it had the power to intervene in the Labour dispute, and heard the case stated by the Dooley and the M'Girr factions and the- State Executive. The latter . apd the M'Girr supporters deny the right of the Federal body to intervene, and presented their cases unofficially.
