ARRESTS MADE IN'NAPIER. (IT TEWOIIAPB.—PnBSS ASSOCUnO.V.) NAPIER, 12th April. Thb police to-night arrwted Frank Goodiill and Frank Evans on a charge of having taken a niotor-ear from Willie street, Wellington, yesterday. While the car was standing outside a restaurant, a,passing CoMtible identified it as one reported mining ttdta Wellington, and apprehended the atcuSed, iwho were paTtabiijg <it refreshments. They will appear in the Magiatrate's Court to-mor-row morning.
