BRITANNIA THEATRE.
In "Broadway Eose," which is being »creened for an extended season at the Britannia Theatre, Mac Murray plays the lead in a production conspicuous for its settings and coßtumes. Not the least interesting parts of the picture are those episodes where Miss Murray is given opportunity to display her ability as a dancer. As Rosalie Lawrence, Miss Murray has a role that gives her an opportunity for the beat acting she has ever done. Incidentally, of course, she displays an array of costumes that stagger the average man and delight the women. The scenes are elaborate and lavish, representing the playgrounds of the idle rich and the gilded haunts of New York's night life, while the costumes are striking in their originality and beauty. The supporting pictures are good and the. Gazettes varied.
