PRINCESS THEATRE.
The change of programme at.the Princess Theatre to-day includes a Paramount super-feature, "The Law and the Woman." The picture mark's the return of Cleo Ridjfley. erstwhile star, to the ecreen, and demonstrates that she has lost none of her finesse as an actrees. It presents an exceedingly strong dramatic climax in the last reel, one that carries 'suspense.and action. The story concerns the efforts of a young w if e to save; her husband from being electrocuted for a murder'he did.not commit, the plan beinj; for the wife to-imperson-ate a woman of the streets in order to force a confession from the' lips of- the real culprit. All in all, it is. a picture that will please most and add to the star's laurels as an actress of talent.
