A SCHOOL GUTTED.
DARGAVILLE, This Day.
A fire at about midnight last niirht badly gutted the central .portion of the public school. The building is a very old one, and only splendid, efforts by the brigade saved it from total destruction. The origin of the fire is a mystery-, as the school has not been used since one o'clock yesterday. Temporary arrangements have been made to carry on the school work.
