(Received sth April. 9.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 4th April. Prohibition operated from to-day. The Allied troops will be permitted to buy drinks in specified saloons, but anyone else drinking alcohol will receive thirty strokes of the bastinado. \
