LABOUR WILL NOT CONTEST SEAT.

There has been an important development in connection with the Tauranga by-election. The Labour Party has decided not to nominate a candidate. Although nominations have not closed, it seems clear that the issue placed before the electors of Tauranga will be clearly defined—Reform or Liberal-Labour.
