. LONDON, 7th March. Rear-Admiral Fuller has been appointed Third Sea Lord of the Admiralty.

[Rear-Admiral Cyril Thomas MouldenFuller has been Chief of Staff to Admiral Sir Charles Maden in the Atlantic Fleet since 1920. . He went to sea in 1887, and was promoted to lieutenant in 1894, commander in 1903, captain in 1910, and rear-admiral in 1921. He served with distinction in the Togoland and Cameroons Expeditionary forces i n 1914-16 as senior nayal officer, and later commanded H.M.S. Repulse. He was director of the (Pfaiis division of the naval war staff in 1918. Admiral Fuller also gave valuable assistance to the Allies as head of the British Naval Section at the Peace Conference in Paris during 1919-20.
