NEARLY A MILLION
FRANCE'S ARMY EXCEEDS ALL OTHERS. (Beceived Bth March, 10 a.m.) PARIS, 7th March. France will soon have nearly a million men under arms. -Cabinet's decision in regard to the 1921 class means the addition of over 200,000 to the existing army of 736,261, which will be larger than the
combined Annies of Britain, Germany, Italy, and Belgium, Germany having 100,000, Belgium 118,000, Britain 224,000, and Italy 210,000.
