WASHINGTON, 3rd March.
An effort to cause the United Statje to break diplomatic relations with Turkey until it£ forces are withdrawn from Armenia was frustrated in the Sena'ie to-day.
Senator King introduced a resolution containing this proposal, and charging the Turks with the occupation of Armenia and obstructing peace settlements.
Senator Lodge, as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, objected to the resolution, whioh. was killed for this session.
