ADMINISTERING ROME
GOVERNMENT TO APPOINT
COMMISSION.

The Government proposes to nominate a- commission to administer the city. The decision is due to the constant friction between the Government and municipality. The majority of the latter are anti-Facists. The -Government frequently suggested the council's resignation, hut members refused, until- forced to do so, over the budget.
