MATCH UNDER DIFFICULTIES.

: LONDON, 4th March. The Liverpool-Bolton Wanderers' match, at which there were fifteen thousand spectators, was played under remarkable conditions. During the second half a stand, on which a thousand were Bitting, caught fire. The fire gained rapidly. The prompt action of the officials and police prevented a panic, and the people were carefully shepherded off the burning structure. The smoke drovo thousands of people from the other stands and seriously affected some of the players. The brigade fought the fire from the touchlitie, while the game proceeded uninterruptedly.'.
