HEMP PRICES
Production of hemp in the Wellington and Manawatu districts Has been much reduced by bad weather, resulting in floods. Supplies have been small for the past three months. Prices for export to-day are approximately £28 per ton for good fair, £26 10s for high fair, and £24 for low fair. Tow prices are £13 10s for No. 1 and £12 10s. for No. 2. The market is described as quiet, but steady.
