PARAMOUNT AND ARTCRAFT.
The story of a simple, but lovablo son of- the; mountains is told in "Human Hearts," which heads the current programme -at the Paramount and Artoraft Theatres. Popular House Peters, who plays the character of Tom Logan, gives a fine rendering of a man with an unshaken: confidence in Providence, who becomes the prey of a city woman weeking the land he owns. She is well versed in the ways of the world, and he is helpless against her wiles. Interesting supports are included, and the star picture is preceded at the Paramount Theatre by a prettily-arranged prologue, during which Mr. E. R. M. Hewitt sings, "That Old-fashioned Mother o' Mine."
