FROZEN MEAT.
The Department of Agriculture has received the :tollow'ing cablegram, dated 3rd March, from the High Commissioner from New Zealand, Lundon:—"Meat, market has declined further. Larger supplies of New "'Zealand mutton and lamb on hand. Market firm for chilled beef on account of vessel being delated. New Zealand frozen beef nominal. New Zealand mutton: Under 5618, 9d to Bid, 56-Mlb, BJd, 64-721b Sd, ewes, 7d. Australian mutton: Wetners, 6d to 6jd; ewes, old to 5Jd. New Zealand, lamb: Best quality, under 421b, Is 9}d; ordi-' nary. Is o}d; second class, lid. Australian lamb: Inferior, 7Jd-to Sid. New Zealand beef:' Os, fores, 3{d; ox, hinds, 4Jd. Chilled beef: Fores, 4d to 4)d; hindf, r.rl to lUd." ■
