The "Daily Chronicle" states that a happy event is expected at Doom in a few months time, and as the ex-Kaiser is particularly anxious that the child should not be born in exile he has commenced negotiations to enable him to take possession of the Villa Corfu, or at least that his bride should go there for the birth of the child.
