FRANCO-GERMAN TRIBUNAL

PARIS, 4th March. The Franco-German Mixed' Tribunal, which was established by Article 304 of the Peace Treaty, has appointed neutral judges replacing the Germans, who were instructed from Berlin to withdraw.
